A-Rod The MVP

Jason is right: A-Rod was robbed. He had one of the greatest regular seasons in baseball history and he did it for a team that was scratching and clawing its way to the post-season. It should have been unanimous when A-Rod was named MVP. Agree?

Omigod, someone voted for Jeter for MVP and he ranked 11th. I'd love to hear Jason's thoughts on THAT.

My guess is that the ARod arranged for someone to vote for Jeter so that he could keep his own name in the headlines and get sympathy for not sweeping the vote.

Think of the violins, when a mysterious writer votes for another player on his own team to steal ARod’s moment. With the screenwriters guild on strike and having free time, ARod uses left over CDLs to fund the penning of the world’s greatest drama. Just wait for Munson to come back from the Great Beyond, so that we can find that ARod is the illegitimate love child of The Captain and Erik Estrada (leave it up to the screenwriters to defy biology).

This further proves that when you cut ARod's arm, he bleeds pinstripes.

Game, Set, Match - ARod... Bravo baby! Bravo!

Correction... CLDs, not CDLs.

Damn this stream of consciousness.

I don't think anyone gave Jeter a first place vote. But I'm not savvy on how the MVP voting works. I belive the two other first place votes were for Magglio. I guess everyone lists a few people in weighted order? Anyone know?

Sorry. Won't happen again.
